Rates

high season: July, August, Christmas, New Years, and Easter.
daily: minimum two nights’ stay.
weekly: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. On demand and subject to availability we’ll be pleased to satisfy different requests.

Bookings are considered confirmed upon the receipt of a bank transfer or a €150 deposit.

Security deposit: € 150 upon check-in. The deposit will be detracted from the final bill upon check-out. The security deposit will be kept, either in part or entirely, in the event that something is damaged, if extraordinary cleaning is required, or if there are any additional expenses.

Rates include: a welcome basket with breakfast items: milk, coffee, tea, sugar, melba toast, jam, and a crostata (fruit tart); water, electricity, gas; bed, bath, and kitchen linens; dishes and flatware; weekly linen change and cleaning (as long as the apartment is left in good condition); independent heating system; wireless internet connection in the common areas and wired connection in the apartments; pool and bocce court.

Upon request, if available: infant cot and highchair, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, mountain bikes.

Additional paid services:
extra bed: €10,00 per day per person;
restaurant: breakfast and dinner catering available upon daily request, to be agreed upon with the management;
cleaning: two-room apartments € 30,00, three-room apartments € 40,00;
linen change: just bathroom € 7,00 per person, just bedroom € 15,00 (comforter and blankets excluded), just kitchen € 5,00;
pool towel rental: €6,00 per week;
laundry: wash only (ready in about 24 hours) €10,00.

Cancelation policy:
Up to 30 days prior to the first day of stay: 15% of the total price.
From 29 to 10 days prior to the first day of stay: 50% of the total price.
No-show, from 9 to 0 days: 100% of the total price.

Check-in: from 4 p.m. to no later than 8 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.

CLOSED: January 15th –> February 15th.
